PDF Merger

Combine multiple PDF files into one document.

Use ↑ ↓ to reorder files before merging. Encrypted PDFs and some PDFs saved with the newest compression can't be processed — re-save those as "PDF 1.4 compatible" first.

What Does the PDF Merger Do?

The PDF Merger combines up to 15 PDF files into one document, preserving every page at its original size and orientation. Reorder files with the ↑ ↓ buttons before merging — the output follows your list exactly. Files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after the merged PDF is delivered.

How to Merge PDFs

  1. Drop two or more PDFs into the upload zone.
  2. Arrange them with the arrow buttons — top of the list = first pages of the result.
  3. Click Merge PDFs.
  4. The combined document downloads as merged.pdf.

Everyday Merging Jobs

  • Applications — CV + cover letter + certificates as the single PDF recruiters ask for.
  • Invoicing — bundle a month of invoices for your accountant.
  • Contracts — merge the signed signature page back into the main agreement.
  • Reports — chapters written separately, delivered as one document.
  • Scans — combine separately scanned pages into a complete file.

Mixed page sizes are no problem — an A4 report merged with a letter-size attachment keeps each page's own dimensions, exactly as professional PDF software does.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the tool reject one of my PDFs?

Two common causes: the file is password-protected (encrypted), or it was saved with PDF 1.5+ compressed cross-reference streams that this parser cannot read. Re-saving the file as "PDF 1.4 compatible" — or simply printing it to PDF — fixes both.

Is there a quality loss when merging?

No. Pages are imported as-is: text stays selectable text, images keep their original resolution. Merging only concatenates; it never re-renders content.

Do bookmarks and form fields survive?

Page content is fully preserved, but document-level extras — bookmarks, interactive form fields, attachments — are not carried into the merged file. Flatten forms before merging if their content matters.

How private is the merging process?

Files are handled in server memory only for the seconds the merge takes, the result streams straight back to you, and every temporary file is deleted immediately. Nothing is stored or logged.
